GEARS WORK WITH A PURPOSE
At Turn 2 we want actions to be completed with a purpose. The quality of repetition far exceeds the quantity of doing them. Every action completed should have a a purpose with a goal in mind
GEARS HAVE FUNDAMENTAL STRUCTURE
At Turn 2 we avoid style and instead focus on the importance of the fundamentals. All athletes must put their body in a structurally sound position, building a fundamental base assures consistency.

At Turn 2 we create strong athletes. Our philosophy in developing our athletes includes physical and mental strength.
GEARS WORK AS A TEAM
At Turn 2 we work as a team and we talk with our athletes about how to be great teammates. Being a great teammate includes staying close and connected to complete a common goal.
GEARS HAVE A TEMPO
At Turn 2 we create multiple moving parts and roll them all into one big movement. Talented athletes can control small movements within their big movements, this includes rhythm and tempo.
GEARS ARE THE FOUNDATION
At Turn 2 we focus on the foundation of athleticism. Strengthening the foundation of something will achieve greater improvements.

2.2.11: HS Open Gym Mondays-Thursdays

What: Attention high school athletes, come get ready for your upcoming season. You can get access to whatever is available during the 3:00-4:00 hour on Mon.-Thurs. such as:

Bullpens
Mounds
Tee stations
Iron mike machines
Turf area

Come get your extra work in right after school. Restrictions apply based on what cage space is available after different times on different days. No reservations allowed.
